    Ankur, thank you for your response. However, the problem isn’t the questions or the responses you note, but the person who is unable to see that those responses are about the practice and relationships of leadership.

    If a leader can’t actually “acknowledge other people’s feelings” or “understand the other’s perspective” then he or she is in deep trouble. The problem isn’t the questions, but the person. If each of your responses were acted upon with honesty and authenticity, then they would make a difference. How could they not?

    So I return the question to you … what kind of questions would make the difference in the way an organization operates?

With due respect, I found most questions theoretical and, in my view, will elicit standard responses like “we must give space”, “we should acknowledge other people’s feelings”, “we should understand the other’s perspective” and such like, leading to absolutely no difference to the way the organisation operates.
